Current tracking status
Meta Pixel loads when you arrive, unless a saved opt-out or Global Privacy Control disables advertising. It measures page views and successful inquiries without waiting for a banner acceptance. You can turn it off in Cookie settings. Google Tag Manager also loads on arrival, as described below.
Scope & contact
This policy covers the JapanBridge website and its English and Japanese inquiry forms. For questions about this website or your information, contact JapanBridge at hello@antigenericstudio.com. It does not replace a separate client agreement or another website’s privacy policy.
The site provides information about helping brands, including Japanese brands, enter and grow in the U.S. market.
Information collected
- Information you provide: both forms require your name, work email, brand or company, and main goal. Your website is optional. The Contact Us form also requires a message and offers an optional phone field.
- Submission context: the source page’s domain and path, form type, and website language. The page address included in the inquiry excludes query parameters and URL fragments.
- Technical information: hosting and form providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and operational logs to deliver and secure their services.
- Privacy preferences: your category choices, consent version, save time, and expiry time are stored on this browser.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, medical information, confidential files, or information unrelated to your inquiry.
How information is used
Information you submit is used to receive and respond to your inquiry, discuss services you request, manage relevant correspondence, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or provide consent to optional tracking.
Where EU, UK, or similar laws apply, the relevant basis depends on the activity: steps you request before a contract, legitimate interests in answering inquiries and securing the website, legal obligations, or consent. The tracking settings and current startup behavior are described below.
Recipients & form delivery
Inquiry details pass through FormSubmit and are delivered by email to hello@antigenericstudio.com. The linked FormSubmit policy explains its processing. Hosting, form-delivery, and email providers process information needed to deliver their services.
The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and no CAPTCHA. Forms send information to FormSubmit in the background and open our thank-you page after the service confirms acceptance. The request omits cookies and uses an origin-only referrer for this external service. Page URL fields in the submitted data exclude query parameters and fragments.
Disclosure may also be required by law or necessary to protect rights or respond to fraud. This website has no integration that sends inquiry contents to advertising platforms.
Analytics & advertising pixels
Advertising is on by default, subject to saved opt-outs and Global Privacy Control. We use Meta Pixel (ID 1790630668650974) to send PageView events across the website and a Lead event on the English or Japanese thank-you page after a confirmed inquiry. These events help measure Facebook and Instagram advertising, attribute conversions, and support remarketing.
Meta may receive the page URL (including any query parameters), referrer, IP address, browser/device information, event time, cookie or ad-click identifiers, and a random Lead event ID. Meta may associate these events with activity or accounts on its services. Our event code does not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies, messages, or other form values. We disable automatic event configuration and do not supply advanced-matching customer data. Avoid placing personal information in URLs.
Meta controls its own processing and retention; cookie duration is not the retention period of Meta’s event records. See Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookies Policy. Meta may process information internationally, including in the United States.
No Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn or session-recording tags are embedded directly in the site code. Tags within Google Tag Manager are managed separately. No server-side advertising conversion delivery is installed. New vendors or purposes require updated disclosures and a new choice.
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager (container GTM-WXBWTF4P) loads on every page to manage tags. It connects to Google without waiting for an interaction with the notice. When JavaScript is disabled, a hidden iframe provides the fallback. These requests may send network information, such as your IP address and browser information, to Google.
The tags delivered by the container and their data processing depend on the settings published in Google Tag Manager. This website’s Cookie settings control the directly integrated Meta Pixel. They do not disable Tag Manager or tags managed separately through its container. See the Google Privacy Policy for Google’s practices.
Your choices & withdrawal
Advertising starts on, while analytics starts off. Choose Got it to keep the current settings, Turn off optional to disable tracking, or Customize to change categories. Closing the notice or initial settings panel keeps the current settings and remembers the dismissal; it is not recorded as affirmative consent. Valid choices from previous visits remain effective, including refusals saved under the earlier setup. The notice stays hidden across pages and visits while that preference is valid; the footer Cookie settings link remains available. Revisit at any time to change or withdraw your choice.
Preferences apply to this browser and domain across English and Japanese pages. Other devices, browsers, or domains need their own choices. Clearing storage or expiry returns the site to its default settings and may show the notice again; Global Privacy Control still overrides advertising. A policy-version change may also require a new choice. If persistent storage is blocked, we try tab session storage. If all storage is blocked, the current page still honors your choice, but a later visit may ask again.
Withdrawal stops future site-triggered Pixel events, revokes Meta Pixel consent, and attempts to remove the first-party _fbp and _fbc cookies and pending Lead marker. It cannot remove cookies on Meta’s own domains. Withdrawal applies going forward; it does not automatically erase information already sent in an inquiry or retained by a provider. Email us with a deletion request.
Sale, sharing & GPC
We do not sell inquiry contents for money. When enabled, Meta Pixel shares online identifiers and activity with Meta for advertising; this may constitute “sharing” or a “sale” under applicable privacy laws. When your browser sends Global Privacy Control (GPC), the advertising category stays off, including when you select Enable optional.
The control saves a rejection of both optional analytics and advertising on this browser. You can use it without GPC. There is no separate response to legacy Do Not Track signals; use Cookie settings or Global Privacy Control to opt out.
Retention & security
Inquiry information is handled in light of the time needed to respond, maintain relevant business correspondence, and meet applicable recordkeeping or dispute-related requirements. The 180-day preference duration is not a retention period for emails or provider records. Contact us about the retention or deletion of a particular inquiry.
Information should be handled with appropriate care, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us to agree on a suitable method before sending confidential material.
International processing
The service concerns business in Japan and the United States. Hosting, form-delivery, email, and related services may process information outside your country, where privacy protections can differ. Contact us for information about the recipients, locations, and safeguards relevant to your inquiry.
Any notices, safeguards, or consents required by applicable law must be addressed for the relevant transfer. A cookie-banner choice is not blanket consent to international transfers.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, obtain a copy of, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of information; withdraw consent; request portability; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Rights under Japan’s APPI, U.S. state privacy laws, and other laws depend on their respective conditions of application.
Send your request to hello@antigenericstudio.com, describing your inquiry and what you would like us to do. We may request the minimum information needed to verify you. Do not send identification documents in your first email. Where applicable, an authorized agent can contact us, and you may ask us to reconsider a decision. Requests are subject to applicable response deadlines and exceptions; exercising a right will not result in unlawful discrimination. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.
Children & external links
This business-focused site is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so it can be reviewed and addressed.

Changes are reflected in the last-updated date above. A material change to optional tracking vendors or purposes requires an updated consent version and a new choice.
